The Event

Located within the arching glass walls of the Bayside Gallery, APT will introduce you to the next generation of membership technology. 

After a great reception in the UK, APT are extremely excited about introducing the Stratum Engage membership software to Not for Profit organisations in Australia. 

We will demonstrate how you are able to utilise the data already stored within the back end database to produce targeted and relevant communications for members, officers and staff.

Stratum Engage has been developed to integrate traditionally separate, back-end data with website usability to create a comprehensive personalised web experience for both organisations and their members. Stratum’s accessible online presence will allow the increasing number of technologically savvy members to not only join and pay online but also access to a secure home page which will allow them to view and amend their own personal data, pay subscriptions, buy merchandise and personalise their page by adding widgets and RSS news feeds.  
 
Organisations utilising Stratum Engage will now be able to tailor their communications to specific membership sectors using a simple database search option. Engage has the ability to identify all members in the chosen target group and publish personalised, targeted information using its inbuilt Content Management System (CMS).

Essential to all of the above is the ability to produce reports quickly and easily, this is possible via Informer, our web based reporting tool.  Informer is very easy to use and extremely powerful with the ability to export data into various formats including desktop integration with Excel, tab delimited text, PDF, XML and Email all with a single click.
