Stratum excels at handling multi day multi session events as well as being used by our customers for smaller seminars, training workshops or CPD courses. Sub-events run over multiple sessions/ days can be linked together to form a programme of related events and carry their own pricing and attendance records. It centrally co-ordinates your requirements for liaising with multiple parties including venues, room booking, catering, speakers, sponsors and exhibitors.

Easy set up of Event Details 

Event Organisers can use and create standard templates to set up and modify event details by Title. Stratum enables you to:

• Specify delegate eligibility profiles and handle different charging structures 
• Monitor event bookings and handle multiple booking types (single and block) 
• Set up and store Agenda information with view only security parameters 
• Manage the production of delegate welcome packs, badges etc.

Using our web integration facility delegates can book and pay on-line then receive an automatic booking confirmation and joining instructions. Member records are automatically updated and de-duplicated within Stratum.

Financial Control of Event income and expenditure 

Stratum handles multiple charging structures that deal with session rates, discounts, refunds, cancellation fees and additional charges. Using previous data entered Stratum can readily apply discount eligibility and pre-requisite checks on entry to apply discount on various rules (e.g. a multiple booking for a combination of members and non members). Invoices are raised automatically and the transaction information can be entered automatically into your nominated accounting system.
