The Spectrum professional administration team is lead by our Spectrum Manager 'Charlotte Gardner'. Charlotte has worked for APT for Eight years and has worked from Administrative level when she began working for APT in 2001, right up to her Management position she currently holds. This has given her the advantage of intensive experience working in every area of Spectrum.

Charlottes team includes two supervisors who are trained at management level ensuring there is adequate cover in holiday periods. The team have all passed their contact centre NVQ's and have been trained in the highest levels of data security, their qualifications range further including BSc (Open) Degree, HND Business Information Technology Clait, NVQ Contact Centre Professional levels 1 - 3, NVQ Information Technology levels 1 & 2 and NVQ Business Administration levels 1 - 3.

The Spectrum team is currently looking at completing a selection of further courses in the near future, therefore expanding our knowledge base and actively working on new skills that we can bring to the department.
