Spectrum membership services process over 200,000 application forms annually using manual, batch and scanned processing functionality and maintain an indexed retrieval system conforming to PD0009 accreditation. 

Consistency of data capture is ensured through automatic case conversion ensuring that data in a field is always displayed in the same way & integration with the Postcode Address File (PAF) ensures that addresses are correct and displayed in Royal Mail preferred format.  Regular updates of PAF include the facility to scan existing addresses and implement any changes from the Royal Mail.

Spectrum can provide your organisation with a trained help-desk call centre facility answered in your name and can facilitate daily processing of record amendments. Any applicable telephone protocols would be agreed with the client. 

As standard the receipt of an e-mail from a member generates an email confirming the issue will be processed in the agreed time period along with details of any actions that have been taken.
