Swimming Australia Limited (SAL) is the national organisation for swimming in Australia, aiming to engage, support and inform all swimming stakeholders throughout Australia and co-ordinate the national delivery of value added services to them. The organisation strives to raise the profile of, standing of and participation in swimming and the disciplines of short course, long course (pool) and open water, whilst supporting and delivering quality competitive opportunities locally, nationally and internationally.
Although SAL’s previous system was sufficient in getting the job done, it was not able to support the organisation in its journey to provide best of breed modules and improve the experiences of both Staff and Members. With inefficient workflows and a high percentage of transactions still being processed manually SAL decided the best option was to select an alternative solution.
Stratum is now providing Swimming Australia with a brand new fully integrated database and website platform, managing membership subscriptions at the club, regional and national level, events, communications, e-Commerce, competitions and results, fully integrated and delivered equipped with powerful reporting tools.
